Jonathan Heisse and William Leighty
Magisterial District Justice in Eastern Lancaster County and Chief of the New Holland Police
Jonathan Heisse has been a police officer, detective, and member of the Lancaster County Major Crimes Unit. In 2011, he was promoted to Lieutenant, and in 2017 was elected to his current role as Magisterial District Judge for parts of Eastern Lancaster County.
William Leighty is chief of the New Holland Police Department.

In 2005, Ray founded Effective Systems to serve businesses and non-profits in these areas. He is a consultant who helps companies adopt the Lean Business Culture.
Since 2005, his work has been helping small businesses improve their productivity. He began learning the “Lean Business Culture” in 2007 and have been a full-time Lean consultant since about 2012. The more Ray understands Lean, the more He sees profound parallels with the teachings of the Christian Faith. This, Ray believes, is why Lean can be so effective.
