Luke Kuepfer

Luke is a leadership developer and life coach who helps business leaders develop their servant leadership potential through speaking, workshops, and coaching. He has spoken broadly on leadership, team building, and personal mission over the last 20 years on four continents and numerous states and provinces in the USA and Canada. Luke firmly believes that having our thinking challenged is not enough; it must be translated into change.

Eric provides oversight to pastoral ministry, and helps people find their place of connection – that place where they can flourish in their unique destiny.

Cindy provides overall leadership, vision and growth to small groups. She carries out the vision of connection and discipleship for the congregation through groups.

Jonathan Heisse has been a police officer, detective, and member of the Lancaster County Major Crimes Unit. In 2011, he was promoted to Lieutenant, and in 2017 was elected to his current role as Magisterial District Judge for parts of Eastern Lancaster County.

William Leighty is chief of the New Holland Police Department.

Keith joined FFA in 2011. He has over 27 years of financial industry experience focusing primarily on the investment management of individual and institutional investment portfolios. He is responsible for leading the investment organization by setting overall investment policy, establishing client portfolio management guidelines and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive investment solutions within FFA’s disciplined, client centric approach to wealth management.

Kristen believes that growing companies need great people and that driven people want career opportunities and not just jobs. Making the connection between a company and qualified candidates is part art and part science. Her love for these connections is what inspired her to create Team Builder Recruiting.

Matt joined FFA as a Portfolio Manager in 2014. As an advisor to high net worth individuals and charitable organizations, Matt focuses on creating investment solutions that are tailored to the needs of his clients. He is responsible for investment portfolio construction as well as day to day management of client portfolios.

In 2005, Ray founded Effective Systems to serve businesses and non-profits in these areas. He is a consultant who helps companies adopt the Lean Business Culture.

Since 2005, his work has been helping small businesses improve their productivity. He began learning the “Lean Business Culture” in 2007 and have been a full-time Lean consultant since about 2012. The more Ray understands Lean, the more He sees profound parallels with the teachings of the Christian Faith. This, Ray believes, is why Lean can be so effective.

Reuben B. Lapp is the owner of Superior Plastic Products and its affiliated companies. Under Reuben’s leadership, the companies have grown to a team of over 200 employees committed to excellence, high-quality products and exceptional customer care. Superior is a family-owned business founded by his father in the late seventies. As a young man Reuben learned quickly in how to contribute to all facets of the family business. Superior and its affiliated companies thrive in providing jobs to the local community and quality products to the building industry.
