Eric provides oversight to pastoral ministry, and helps people find their place of connection – that place where they can flourish in their unique destiny. Eric was born and raised in Rochester, NY in a large Catholic family. In 1977 Eric entered the Air Force and was introduced to a personal relationship with Jesus in 1979 through the Christian Servicemen’s Center in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
After being discharged from the Air Force in 1982, he received a call to pastoral ministry and enrolled at Elim Bible Institute and College (EBI&C), later receiving his bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Trinity Bible College and Seminary. Eric’s passion is to help people meet Jesus and grow into an active relationship with Him, bringing transformation to every area of their lives.
Cindy provides overall leadership, vision and growth to small groups. She carries out the vision of connection and discipleship for the congregation through groups. Early on, Cindy’s journey took her to Elim Bible Institute in Rochester, NY, where she met her husband Eric. Together they have ministered in several states and in multiple ways including being youth ministers, college professors, and deans at their Alma Mater. Cindy went on to receive her Masters in Ministry through Southwestern Christian University, and then founded Bridges Coaching – a coach training and leadership development organization.
Experiencing personal relationship with God and authentic relationship with others is Cindy’s heartbeat. Echoing Worship Center’s tagline to “Experience God, Grow Together and Serve Our World”, Cindy believes connecting with others is where people walk out their real life faith. As Executive Director of Small Groups, she is passionate about providing an inviting, practical, and powerful place for living out personal faith through authentic sharing, real life application, and relational growth.
