Reuben B. Lapp is the owner of Superior Plastic Products and its affiliated companies. Under Reuben’s leadership, the companies have grown to a team of over 200 employees committed to excellence, high-quality products and exceptional customer care. Superior is a family-owned business founded by Reuben’s father in the late seventies.
Located in picturesque Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and started as a small business on the family farm, the company grew quickly as word spread of the high-quality products and accomplished workmanship. As a young man Reuben learned quickly in how to contribute to all facets of the family business. Years later and under Reuben’s leadership, Superior and its affiliated companies thrive in providing jobs to the local community and quality products to the building industry.
Reuben is thankful for his employees, customers, vendors and all who work with him to make Superior successful. Reuben is grateful for his wife, Mary Ann, and their nine children. He enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved in his church and prison ministry.
